Online Course on Complexity in the Time of COVID-19 by Complexity University:Starts from 2nd April

About the Course

We invite you to join us for a series exploring our new reality.

  • What are we learning about effective strategy from the Covid 19 crisis?
  • What does it mean to be good at tackling complexity?
  • What does it mean though to build our capacities for collective action in a world characterised by a bewildering amount of complexity?

An ability to learn and act, to adapt, based on being present to what is happening in the world is what is most needed when tackling complex social challenges.  Covid 19 offers us a unique opportunity to practice together. We have a “live” case-in-point for how complex systems work.

Our intention is to offer a space for building our understanding of both strategic and operational lessons from Covid 19 in real-time. The series consists of 5 sessions. Each session is co-hosted by friends and family of the Complex University community.

We are offering this course in the spirit of deep service. This means that there will be no fixed price to participate. This does not mean it is free. We hope that you treat this gift with care and respect (like honoring your commitment to fully participate).

Session Format

Each sesssion will follow the same format:

  • Introductions
  • Updates
  • Framing
  • Discussion
  • Closing

The sessions will cover the following areas:

  • Session 2 – Politics
  • Session 3 – Economics
